After working with Pheasant Ridge SLC and Milestone Retirement Communities on numerous other projects, we were presented with the task of re-designing their current marketing materials to theme with previous work that we had completed for them. We designed and printed this presentation folder for Pheasant Ridge, featuring a two-page insert and a 5-sheet stacked informational insert in the back folder.
